Let’s talk about honoring ourselves and our energy! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ”” Subscribe for more insights into healing, boundaries, and living your highest path!

Jenny: Thank you, Michael. I'm so happy to be with you today.

Michael: I'm so happy to be here with you as well. Today is really a special moment for you, right? You haven’t been on YouTube for a little while.

Jenny: Yes, I’ve been hiding in my cave for quite a while. ๐Ÿง˜‍♀️

Michael: Good for you, good for you! I mean it. The first thing I think of when you say that is that you’ve gone through a really big period of expansion. Usually, after a period of expansion, we need a contraction.

Jenny: Absolutely. People in our society like to think of this Jupiterian concept—expansion is greatness! ๐ŸŒŒ But when you think about it, you have to inhale as well as exhale. ๐ŸŒฌ️

Michael: Yes, yes. And Pluto... I’ve talked about this on my channel. Everyone who has placements at the end of the Cardinal signs or the beginning of the Fixed signs is experiencing something big. That includes my ascendant, Saturn, Mercury, and Moon—all getting pummeled. And soon Pluto will move to my Sun, finishing up. It’s intense.

Jenny: I hear you. Pluto is no joke. My ascendant, my Saturn, and Mars rule my chart—where the United States’ Pluto return is happening. It’s like everything is at once. ๐Ÿ˜…

Michael: Wow. That’s a lot. How did your guides put it? You’re getting to the humid side of Mars, not just the fire, right? ๐Ÿง˜‍♂️๐ŸŒŠ

Jenny: Exactly. It’s been all about grounding myself lately. Mercury, the Moon, and my ascendant have been impacting my physical body, my kids, and my relationship. ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ‘ถ It’s been a lot. I actually fell while hiking, and that was it for me. After 29 months without a day off, I just needed to stop.

Michael: 29 months?! That’s an insane amount of time without a break. ๐Ÿ˜ฑ

Jenny: Yes, changing diapers and crying for days... my hand hurt so bad I cried every time I moved it. It was just too much. So I decided, "You know what? I’m sitting down." You want me to do something? Bring me what I need. I wasn’t going to push myself anymore. ✋

Michael: Wow, I admire that you listened to your body. You didn’t push through for the sake of it. That’s really important.

Jenny: Right. And I didn’t want to get on YouTube just to cry. ๐Ÿ˜ญ Even if people don’t have those placements in their charts, everyone is experiencing the end of Pluto in Capricorn and Uranus in Taurus right now. These are huge changes.

Michael: So true. The energy is intense for so many people. I’ve had clients dealing with the sudden illness of parents, losing children, job losses... it’s like Towers are falling for everyone. It’s a lot.

Jenny: Exactly. And I realized I couldn’t contribute to anyone’s well-being if I didn’t contribute to my own first. It was time to take care of myself. ๐ŸŒธ

Michael: Yes! I’m so thankful you did that. We have so much pressure in our society to go, go, go. Sometimes, we need to stop, pull in our energy, and focus on self-care. ๐ŸŒŸ

Jenny: Absolutely. As lightworkers, we push ourselves at such a crazy pace, but it’s unsustainable. At some point, you have to ask, "Is this really me doing this, or is it my ego?" ๐Ÿ‘️

Michael: Right! Is it your Mars in exaltation or your Saturn in the first house pushing you forward, or do you actually need to pause? ⏸️

Jenny: Exactly! When I became an energy healer, I studied a few modalities. We’re taught that we can avoid the experience of healing, but I’ve found it still happens. It just becomes more graceful. ๐Ÿ•Š️

Michael: Yes, it’s like the healing still takes place, but with more ease.

Jenny: Totally. When I started this work, I always talked to angels and took my gifts for granted. I could always sense what was happening in relationships. I thought everyone did that! But when I started doing this professionally...

Michael: Haha, I get it. It’s like stepping into the full power of what you were always meant to do. ๐Ÿ”ฎ
